Why Sundays?
CPR with Lauren classroom sessions are held on Sundays unless a private group class has been confirmed directly.
Sundays became special because I wanted CPR training to feel calm, clear, and approachable — not rushed or overwhelming. CPR is serious, and the information matters, but I also know it can feel like a lot to take in during just a few hours.
As a healthcare professional, I understand how quickly an emergency can happen and how scary it can feel the first time you have to respond. My goal is to help students leave class feeling more prepared, more confident, and more capable if they ever need to act.
Hopefully, you will never have to use these skills. But if you do, I want you to remember what you learned and trust yourself enough to start.
That is why Sundays matter here. They give us space to slow down, learn well, practice with purpose, and build confidence together.
